1. Shipping Costs (EU-wide)

We believe in simplicity. Instead of complicated weight tables, we offer you a fair flat-rate shipping fee:

• Flat-rate shipping fee: €4.95
• Scope: All deliveries within the European Union (EU).

This flat rate covers part of the costs for postage, packaging materials, and the careful processing of your order.

2. Delivery Areas

Currently, we deliver to all member states of the European Union as standard.

Should you require delivery to a country outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland or the UK), please contact us in advance – we will gladly check what we can do for you!

3. Delivery Times

• Standard Items: These are usually shipped within 2-4 business days.
• Personalized UniQase: Since we manufacture your UniQase individually for you, please allow for a slightly longer processing time. The delivery time is usually 7-10 business days. Handmade items need time to become perfect!

4. Shipping Partners & Tracking

We work with reliable shipping providers to guarantee smooth delivery. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. If tracking is available, we will send you the corresponding link directly. 5. Shipping Damage If a package arrives damaged, that's annoying – but no need to worry.
