Returns & Cancellation Policy
At QURA Sports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your equipment. Should something not fit or meet your expectations, you will find all the information here on how we can resolve the issue together.
1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
2. Important exception: Personalized UniQase products

According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
Since each UniQase in its personalized form is a unique item made especially for you, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges these products unless there is a technical defect or production error.
3. Our promise: We'll find a solution!
Even though personalized products are legally excluded from exchange, we won't leave you in the lurch. We at QURA Sports are proud of our community and our goal is your happiness. Should you be dissatisfied with your UniQase – whether due to a design flaw or any other issue – please contact us! We are always committed to finding a fair and accommodating solution together with you. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. 4. This is how returns work (for standard items)
For all non-personalized items, the standard procedure applies:
- Send us a short email to info@qura-shop.eu with your order number.
- Pack the goods securely in their original condition.
- Send the package to our return address (see legal notice).
- After inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
